Intermediate
We get it, it can be hard building a team or getting into the right team to enhance your skills.
If you are reading this and are either a parent/guardian, student, or a high school sport coordinator, please get in contact with us. We are in a unique position to be able to help build teams with our indoor and outdoor facilities for training sessions all year round.
We have a club coach, and are recruiting more coaches over the coming seasons. We have teams from Year 4 to Year 9 training all winter. We are working towards a player pathway programme for our juniors.
Joining our club trainings offers a unique blend of advantages that extend beyond high school. It's not just about playing cricket; it's about embracing a community, honing skills, and nurturing personal growth both on and off the field.

Why train with us?
In addition to the outdoor fields, we are the only cricket club in Hamilton with a 3-lane indoor cricket net facility. We train in summer and in winter.
- Skill Development: Training provides an opportunity for players to work on their skills and techniques. This could include batting practice, bowling drills, fielding exercises, and improving overall cricketing techniques.
- Technical Adjustments: Training allows players to make technical adjustments to their game. Whether it's refining batting strokes, perfecting bowling actions, or enhancing fielding techniques, and training in the off-season provides a less pressured environment to work on these aspects of their game.
- Strength and Conditioning: Time to focus on strength and conditioning, which are essential for cricket. Players can engage in gym sessions, cardio workouts, and strength training exercises to build muscle strength, improve stamina, and prevent injuries.
- Maintaining Fitness: Cricket is a physically demanding sport that requires strength, endurance, and agility. Training all year round helps players maintain their fitness levels, ensuring they are ready to perform at their best when the cricket season starts and throughout competiton.
